PURPOSE:To enable a ventilating device to be simply mounted to a glass window from the back, by a method wherein a ventilating device body and a beam are engaged in an opening formed by cutting the glass of the glass door in a given width throughout an overall length along one frame member so that the beam is extended along the cut edge of the glass, and the ventilating device body is secured to the frame member. CONSTITUTION:A glass 35 is cut in parallel to an upper frame member 33 throughout its overall length to form an opening 38. A beam 7 is engaged with a groove 6 formed in an under surface 4 and positioned along a cut edge 39 of the glass 35, and a joint part between a vertical frame member 40 and the beam is secured by means of a screw 41. A line of projection 27 is engaged with a glass engaging groove 42 of the upper frame member 33 and a line of projection 29 with a groove 5 formed in an upper surface 3 of the beam 7 to engage a ventilating device body 2 with the opening 38. Further, mounting parts 26 and 31 protruded from the upper and the under surface of the ventilating device body 2 are secured to a front 43 of the upper frame member 33 and a front 30 of the beam 7 by means of screws 44. The vertical frame member 34 is mounted to the upper and lower frame members 31 and 37 again, and the vertical frame member 34 and the beam 7 are secured together by means of a screw 45 for mounting. |
