Two curve plates (5,6) are arranged parallel to each other, fastened to a common shaft (7). The plates each have two opposing, projecting vane-shaped parts (8,9,10,11) and are arranged with a reciprocal angle displacement of approximately 90 deg. Two components (3,4) activated by power sources, (22,23) execute a linear movement to and from the shaft (7). Each of them actuates one of the curve paltes (5,6). They are opposite to each other, acting from different directions to and from the shaft. They are connected to each other by a driver mechanism. |
