<p>PURPOSE:To realize a sufficiently miniaturized card type picture reader by enabling to read and store a picture and to output a picture signal by arranging a picture input part, a signal processing circuit, a storage circuit and an interface circuit into one body so as to make a card shape. CONSTITUTION:An optical card 10 is used as its picture input part 5 being brought into contact closely with an object at the time to read the picture of an original or a photograph, etc. At that time, light beams are irradiated upon the object from a luminous element 2 through an optical waveguide, and reflected light beams are detected by a thin film light receiving element 3, and is converted into a picture signal, and is transmitted to an MPU-ROM-RAM hybrid circuit 6, and is stored in a storage RAM. In the case of reproduction, the I/O part 7 of the optical card 10 is connected to a prescribed reproducing device, etc. Thus, the optical card of a card type which can output the picture to other picture processing device or picture reproducing device as occasion demands after reading the picture, and is convenient to carry is obtained.</p> |
