The same logical continuous detecting part 10 increases the counted value by a reproducing clock, resets the counted value by the logical converting point in the input data column to the elastic buffer 5, a comparator 12 compares the counting and the data remaining quantity in the elastic buffer 5 counted by an accumulating quantity counter 11, and when the data in the elastic buffer 5 are all the same logic, the writing prohibiting or reading prohibiting signal to the elastic buffer 5 is outputted.</p> |
