<p>PURPOSE:To turn the title still video camera into a reproducing mode automatically through simple constitution when a reproducing adapter is connected to it by providing a means to detect that power was supplied from the reproducing adapter, and a switching means. CONSTITUTION:When the reproducing adapter 17 is connected to the still video camera 1, the potential of a terminal 1a rises on account of power source supply from a power source supply circuit 18, and the base voltage of a transistor(TR) 21a rises as well. Consequently, the TR 21a turns into ON state, and a collector voltage falls. Accordingly, the terminal 5b comes to be a reference (earth) potential. Thus, a CPU for control 5 detects that the reproducing adapter 17 was connected, and gives a control signal for reproduction to respective parts, and the still video camera 1 shifts to the reproducing mode. Thus, by connecting the reproducing adapter 17 to the still video camera 1, the reproduction can be automatically performed.</p> |
