The coupling device comprises a drive pole 1 to which upper 2 and lower 3 carriages, reacting reciprocally with rails 4 and 8, are connected. The upper carriage 2 is connected to the pole 1 by means of a movable connection formed by a pin 7 fastened to the pole and by a non-circular opening 6 provided in the body of the carriage, whilst the rollers 9 of the lower carriage 3 are in continuous contact with the outer walls of the edge of the lower rail 8 via an elastic element 10.
