PURPOSE:To easily prepare a full-color print, in which character information is inserted, with the combination of the picture of an arbitrary original image carrier by combining a film scanner, a microcomputer and an electrostatic plotter. CONSTITUTION:The title reader consists of a film scanner 1, which reads the picture of a film as a picture information output means, a picture processor, which is integrally formed with the said scanner 1 and used as a picture information processing means, a microcomputer 2, which prepares a character to be inserted in a picture plane, sets a position to be inserted into the picture plane of the character and designates a color, and an electrostatic plotter 3, which prepares the full-color print. From this, a negative or positive film, a color picture, etc., are used as an original, a color copy at an arbitrary size is prepared, and the character information set on the picture of the microcomputer can be simultaneously printed on the color copy. |
