PURPOSE:To obtain an economically advantageous capacitor by composing a solid electrolyte of an organic semiconductor consisting of TCNQ complex salt and an inorganic electrolyte in the solid electrolytic capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor element 10 in which an anode foil 1, a cathode foil 2 and separators 3 between both electrode foils are wound is formed. Manganese dioxide(MnO2) is added to organic semiconductor powder made up of TCNQ complex salt having bulk specific gravity of 0.30g/cc at a weight ratio of 25% to total weight, TCNQ complex salt (an organic semiconductor) and MnO2 (an inorganic electrolyte) are mixed, and both are dispersed uniformly. Accordingly, since one part of the organic semiconductor composed of expensive TCNQ complex salt is substituted for the inexpensive inorganic electrolyte having excellent conductivity, the high-frequency characteristics of the capacitor are improved, cost is reduced as a whole, and the economically advantageous capacitor having high performance is acquired. |
