PURPOSE:To omit the labor of waste liquid treatment by providing a waste liquid tank to store excess liquid developer and an absorbing means to be arranged in this waste liquid tank and to absorb the liquid developer. CONSTITUTION:The excess liquid developer to be discharged into a waste liquid tank 88 is absorbed by absorbing fiber 92. When a development treatment is executed in prescribed times, it is detected that the quantity of the excess liquid developer in the waste liquid tank 88 goes to be prescribed quantity and a signal is transmitted to a control circuit. Then, the waste liquid tank 88 is exchanged with the other new waste liquid tank 88. Since the excess liquid developer is absorbed by the absorbing fiber 92, it is not over-flown. Thus, handling is facilitated and the labor for abandonment can be omitted. |
