PURPOSE:To prevent film cracking on a score processed portion and metal exposure by a method wherein a thin coat of lubricant is applied on an epoxy thermosetting resin coat and if necessary on an outer protective coating thereon. CONSTITUTION:A biaxial stretching polyester(PET) film layer 4 is formed on the inner surface of an aluminum plate 2, and by orienting molecules in biaxial directions, a mechanical nature, heat and water resistance and corrosion resistance of the inner material and flavor maintenance of the contents can be improved. In this case, the PET film 4 and the aluminum plate 2 are laminated via an epoxy thermosetting adhesive primer, forming a laminating structure having good peel resistance and heat and water resistance. Then an epoxy thermosetting resin coat layer 5 is formed on the surface of the film layer 4, and on the surface of said resin coat layer 5, a layer of lubricant 6 and/or a layer of lubricant 8 is formed on the surface of an outer protective coat layer. Thus, by forming lubricant layers 6, 8 on the coats 5, 7, damages on the coats 5, 7 are prevented and the film cracking on a score processed portion 9 is prevented. |
