PURPOSE:To improve appearance by mounting the first casing, provided with an operating opening and a handle inserting opening, to the outside of a handle mounting hole so as to be connected to the second casing provided with a door outer handle. CONSTITUTION:The captioned device 4 is constituted of the first casing 10, second casing 20 and a door outer handle 40. While the casing 10, providing an operating opening 11 and a handle inserting opening 12, is mounted to a handle mounting hole 7 of a door outer panel 5. Further the casing 20 inserts the handle 40, having two supporting arm parts 42, 43, to brackets 29, 29, protruding to the outer, through openings 24, to be turnably connected by a supporting shaft 26. The handle 40, locating its operating part 41 in an empty chamber in a reverse side of the panel 5, is constituted so as to be prevented from being exposed. Accordingly, outward appearance can be improved. |
