PURPOSE:To obtain a sintered body high in sintered density by applying repeatedly a series of treatments such as pulverization, pressure dust formation, banking, etc., to a temporarily baked material which applied temporary baking treatment to a starting material. CONSTITUTION:Oxide superconductor powder or its precursor is used as a starting material. As superconductor powder, A: group IIIa element in periodic table, B: group IIa element, C: group Ib element, D: group VIb element and O among group VIIb or A-B-C-D series which used powder including O is used. Similarly, as precursor powder, material mixed powder which contains the material constituting the oxide superconductor or mixed powder consisting of this material mixed powder and the oxide superconductor powder is used. To make up these various kinds of mixed powders, a usual powder method is used, but a cosinking method which cosinks constituent elements as oxalate may be used. These departing materials are temporarily baked and for them treatments of pulverization, press dust formation and baking are repeated by necessary number so as to obtain a sintered body 1 and this is housed in a pipe 2 made of metal such Cu, etc., and is processed as a complex 3 to contract the diameter so as to obtain a wire rod 13. |
