PURPOSE:To aim at automatic pallet exhcnage between an operating table and a self-propelled truck which are on a different level, by supporting a rotary table on a vertically movable support which is in turn supported on a fixed base and providing on the rotary table a pair of reciprocative hooks adapted to engage with a stopper from its upper and lower positions. CONSTITUTION:When a machining operation of a workpiece attached on a pallet 44 on an operating table 2 is over, a cylinder 32 is forwardly moved in association with advance of a hook 27 to position a recess 29 just under a stopper 46. Then, a rotary table 12 is lifted by a cylinder 10 to engage the recess 29 with the stopper 46 and stop the table 12 as the rising position. In this stage, as a support surface of the pallet 44 and a support surface of the table 12 are brought into the same level, the pallet 44 is mounted on a guide roller 24 by retracting the hook 27. Then, the table 12 is rotated horizontally by 180 deg. and stopped with a pallet 45 holding an attached workpiece to be machined being arranged on the operating table 2 side and with the pallet 44 holding the workpiece after machined being arranged on a self-propelled truck 3 side. Thus, the pallet 45 may be mounted on a predetermined position of the table 2 by advancing a cylinder 33. |
