PURPOSE:To prevent peeling of a pad from a base plate by providing the pad on the contact pin protruding side and fusing the pad and the middle part of a contact pin for connecting it by two-point support. CONSTITUTION:A counter bore 14-1 is provided for including a contact pin 2 with play at a position facing the pin 2 suspended into a pad 1-1 at a base plate 1. A pad 14-2 is formed around the pin on its protruding side, and a support 14 is formed of an insulating thin plate having solder plate 14-3 applied on the surface. The pin 2 is engaged into the counter bore 14-1 to be applied to the back side of the base plate, the applied surface is attached by thermo-setting binding agent, and the solder plating 14-3 is fused. The pad 14-2 at the support plate 14 and the middle part of the pin 2 are connected with each other by the fused solder 14-3 making a two-point support. The flexural strength of the pin 2 is thus increased, while flexural action is not applied to the pad 1-1, thereby peeling of it from the base plate 1 is eliminated. |
