PURPOSE:To realize low cost, and simplify assembling work into an electronic apparatus, by forming a CdS/CdTe system solar cell on a single surface of a transparent substrate, and forming a solid-state electrolyte secondary battery on the same side surface by printing. CONSTITUTION:A CdS/CdTe system solar cell 4 and solid-state electrolyte secondary batteries 9-11 are formed by printing and baking pasty state original material. On the same substrate 1 side as the solar battery 4, or on the solar cell 4, the secondary batteries 9-11 are continuously formed via insulating layers 8. After the solar cell 4 is formed by printing.sintering in this manner, the secondary cells are formed by printing.sintering solid-state electrolyte battery material on the same substrate 1 side as the solar cell. Therefore the manufacture can be continuously performed by using a low cost apparatus like printing.baking, and a built-in secondary battery type solar cell of low cost can be realized. |
