PURPOSE:To mechanize the stacking work by pressing a plastic molding material to skin materials overlapped on a deformable elastic material and sticking the same while the elastic material is deformed. CONSTITUTION:A plastic molding material 12 having a molded outer profile is mounted on a supporting frame 11 and skin materials 16 are overlapped on an elastic bag 26, in which fluid is fed, placed on a base 14 to be stretched between said bag and a supported plastic molding material 12. After that, the supporting frame 11 is gradually moved over to the elastic bag 26 side, and the plastic molding material 12 is pressed to the skin material 16. At that time, the skin material 16 is backed up with the elastic bag 26 deforming along a profile surface 18 of the plastic molding material 12 by pressing force. Then the skin material is deformed along the profile surface 18 of the plastic molding material 12 flexibly while being pinched between said elastic bag 26 and the plastic molding material 12. As a result, the skin material 16 can be sticked without being affected by deforming force to be applied. |
