Device is for preventing formation of a bubble and electric discharge in a tube by fixing a bead part in a bead glass, heating the interior of the bead glass directly, and is for removing path blockage by shadow-mask. A bead glass (6) comprises an upper convex surface (6') and a lower flat surface (6"). The relation to the diameters of the former (6',R) and the latter (6",r) is r>=1/2 R. Perforations (6b) taking the shape of taper are punched on the bead glass (6) with the same space.
