PURPOSE:To provide the title system so designed that raw material to be injected into a mold is packed into a pipe in advance, and the raw material is injected into the mold through a fluid pressure, thus enabling the just required amount of said raw material to be injected. CONSTITUTION:When fish-paste as the raw material is to be formed in a mold to produce steamed fish-paste cake products of mushroom shape, a pipe P capable of packing the amount of the raw material to be injected into the mold M is prepared in advance, and the raw material is packed into this pipe, one end of which is capped with a stopper Pa. The capped side is fitted with an adaptor 11, while the other end with the injecting port of the mold M via a cap CP. Thence, pressurized water is injected via the adaptor 11, and with this pressure, the raw material within the pipe P is injected into the mold. |
