<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate loss time by moving to the sheet takeout position continuously till the lowermost bin used for sorting after completion of sorting to bins when the finish mode is implemented. CONSTITUTION:While the finish mode is being set, bins 60 at the upper stage corresponding to the number of placed bins 60 provided for the sorter are in service, and copied sheets exhausted out of the body of a copying machine are sorted. When sorting is finished, a fix cam 70 rotates intermittently, and trunnions 61 of the bins 60 sink one after another to the takeout position X3 along a spiral groove 70a formed in the fix cam 70 to depress a receiving member 72 against the action of a spring 73, and the recorded sheets in accommodation are taken out by a takeout roller 75 to be forwarded to a finisher part. Therein the fix cam 70 rotates continuously until the lowermost bin 60 accommodating the sheets attains the takeout position X3, and makes movement. Thus otherwise possible loss time can be eliminated.</p> |
