<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of optical properties by providing a groove which allows an adhesive to be stored in a substrate or each optical shutter array and at the same time, installing each optical shutter array to the substrate excepting the shutter part using the adhesive with elasticity. CONSTITUTION:Two pairs of grooves 23a, 23b, 23c, 23d for storage of an adhesive are formed along the longitudinal direction of a transparent substrate 20 for installation of an optical shutter array 10, over the surface of said substrate. These two pairs of grooves are provided at an interval in such a manner that two rows of shutters 11a, 11b of the shutter array 10 can be inset between paired inner grooves 23b, 23c. When the optical shutter array 10 is mounted on the substrate 20, silicon rubber 22 is applied on the surface of projecting parts 24a, 24b between paired grooves, and then the optical shutter array 10 is caused to adhere to the substrate 20 so that two rows of shutters 11a, 11b are positioned between each paired inner grooves 23b, 23c. This process is repeated to obtain an optical recording head.</p> |
