<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title novel seasoning of good body, capable of giving food of adequate luster when used in cooking, spiked with a protein hydrolyzate. CONSTITUTION:The objective seasoning can be obtained by spiking the original seasoning with pref. 1-5wt.% of a protein hydrolyzate prepared by hydrolysis of e.g., soybeans enzymatically or chemically.</p> |
