PURPOSE:To readily obtain steamed fish-paste cake with desired internal pattern and external contour, by feeding different kinds of raw material into respective compartments provided in the interior of a nozzle and collecting these at the outlets of the respective compartments followed by packing the resultant assembly into a tubular forming mold. CONSTITUTION:Plural compartments 11f divided through partitioning walls 11e in the raw material feed section of a nozzle 11 are each fitted with a connector 11d, to which an extruder PM is connected to feed raw materials differing in kind from each other. Thence, these various kinds of raw material are collected at the outlets of the respective compartments 11f into unity followed by packing a tubular forming mold 21 with the resultant assembly through the outlet 13 of the nozzle 11, thus forming to a desired shape. |
