PURPOSE:To decrease the operation mistake and operation time and to build up a complete security system by making attribute information representing the attribute of image information into a voice data. CONSTITUTION:The attribute information relating to an image data to be sent is inputted by the operator in its own voice from a voice input/output section 6. The inputted attribute information is subject to digital processing by an attribute information discrimination section 4, a correspondent attribute data is added and sent. When the operator extracts and finds out the image file of the host side, the data transmission request is sent to the host side, the image file is accessed and the operator inputs the attribute information by the voice input section 6 in voice. A security section 7 compares the voice print between the input voice and the received attribute data and when both the voice prints are coincident, the attribute information discrimination section 7 applies the analysis processing of the received attribute data to discriminate the attribute of the transmission image data. |
