PURPOSE:To improve a thermal insulation effectiveness and particularly to make a suitability to wet suits and dry suits, by containing a specified amount of far infrared ceramics. CONSTITUTION:It is intended to improve the thermal insulation effectiveness of synthetic rubber foam by containing 5-20% of far infrared ceramics therein. Various kinds of far infrared ceramics are usable, and among them those having the absorption spectrum wave length of 8-10 microns are specially suitable. As components of the far infrared ceramics, for example aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, titanium oxide, barium oxide, silicon oxide, etc., can be mentioned. The powder of far infrared ceramics is obtained by mixing suitably the above mentioned materials, calcining and crushing it. As the synthetic resin various kinds of synthetic resins are usable, and among them neoprene rubber or chloroprene rubber is specially suitable to use for wet suits and dry suits. |
