Die Erfindung betrifft Thiosulfinsäurederivate, Arzneimittel enthaltend diese Verbindungen und ihre Verwendung in der Medizin. Es wurde gefunden, daß Thiosulfinsäurederivate ausgezeichnete entzündungshemmende Eigenschaften aufweisen. Insbesondere vorteilhaft erwiesen sich die Verbindungen in der Behandlung von PAF induzierten Entzündungsvorgängen des Bronchialraumes.
