PURPOSE:To obtain a mold release agent consisting of animal and plant lecithin capable of dispersing into water and water, having low viscosity because of containing no oil and fats and having excellent spray suitability without especially using with a jet gas or maintaining in the state of emulsion. CONSTITUTION:The aimed mold release agent consisting of animal and plant lecithin (preferably obtained through processes such as alcohol fractionation, acetone fractionation, membrane fractionation, enzyme treatment, hydroxylation alkali hydrolysis, hydrogenation, etc.) capable of dispersing into water and water. |
