PURPOSE:To implement large area and low cost, by manufacturing a transparent electrode by printing and baking organic indium tin solution doped with ohmic material for CdTe. CONSTITUTION:Powder of Cd and Te is ground in water, and the mixture thereof is turned into a pasty state, which is spread and sintered to form two CdTe layers 9 and 10. Out of the two layers, a porous film 10 which is easy to be eliminated is removed, and a cadmium telluride thin film 9 of 0.5-3mum thick is formed. An indium tin oxide film 11 containing ohmic material for the CdTe film 9 is manufactured by spreading mixed solution of organic indium and organic tin, followed by thermal decomposition. Thereby, printing system which is easy to obtain a large area can be utilized to form the CdTe film and its transparent electrode, and the problem of a printing sintering system that only a film whose thickness is 10mum or more can be obtained is possible to be solved by eliminating the porous film in the CdTe film, and low cost manufacturing is implemented. |
