PURPOSE:To sample the signal part of an image pickup signal outputted from a CCD image pickup element accurately by adjusting the relative position be tween a precharge gate pulse and a sampling pulse by an inverter series circuit. CONSTITUTION:Inverter series circuits I1-I5 adjust relative phase between a precharge pulse XPG and a sampling pulse SHD. Thus, even with the dispersion of a driver 35 for precharge gate pulse (reset pulse), the relation of phase be tween the image pickup signal and the sampling pulse SHD is constant. Thus, the signal part of the image pickup signal is sampled accurately by the sampling pulse SHD. |
