PURPOSE:To create a new bone and a coupling organization at a periphery while a bone damaged part is not deformed and not projected from the damaged part by fixing, surrounding and using a calcium phosphate compound with a chitin beforehand when the calcium phosphate compound, which is a transplanting material, is charged to the damaged part of the hard organization of a tooth and a bone. CONSTITUTION:In order to manufacture the calcium phosphate compound fixed by a chitin, for example, the granule of the calcium phosphate compound is dispersed into the chitin solution to use the mixed liquid of dimethyl-acetamide and lithium chloride as a solvent and it may be dried after solidification and washing are executed with water. In order to manufacture the calcium phosphate compound surrounded by the chitin, for example, the calcium phosphate is put into the cylinder made of the unwoven fabric and knitting of the chitin, wrapped, after the unwoven fabric and knitting of the chitin are inserted into the affected part and only the necessary quantity of the powder or granule of the calcium phosphate compound is charged, the charged calcium phosphate compound may be wrapped with the unwoven fabric and the knitting inserted earlier. |
