PURPOSE:To realize high-speed printing by forming a resin layer in an area where a core side and a driven side come into contact with each other, using coating technique, and at the same time, providing a bypass of magnetic material which connects magnetically the core side to the driven side. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 7 is caused to adhere to an iron core 3 and a yoke 9 to the permanent magnet 7. Next, a coil 8 is attached to each iron core 3, and wiring of the coil 8 is soldered to a substrate 18. Then the edges of the iron core 3 and the yoke 9 are chamfered. After this, for instance, resin 16 such as Teflon is applied in the thickness of approx. 20mum is applied on the surface of the iron core 3 and the yoke 9, and the surface of the resin layer 1 is evenly ground to complete the core side 14. Finally, the driven side 13 and the core side 14 are fixed with screws, magnetized and a bypass 15 is installed on a yoke plate 1, the yoke 9, the permanent magnet 7 and the periphery of the iron core 3. |
