Zr2O3 90 wt.% and crushing to 1-5 micro meter diameter; (B) coating the above powder (11) onto molybdenium wire (13) coated with Cr 20 wt.% and Cr2O3 80 wt.% mixt. (12); (c) sintering under 700-900 thousand psi and inserting into quartz tube (14); (D) filling with molybdenium powder (15) to reduce interference effect; (E) sealing with sealant (16); and (F) fitting protective tube (17) onto the bared wire (13).
