PURPOSE:To protect an ID or a password by providing password number input function which is needed to use a communicating device. CONSTITUTION:For a password number to be inputted according to a message from the password number input requesting means A, coincidence with the password number to be registered is checked by a collating means B. When the password numbers are not coincident, a discordance number is stored in an input number memory 14 and a re-input is requested to the means A. The maximum number of the input number is set to a program 5 for communication in advance. When this setting value is coincident to the value of the memory 14, the password number is stored in a collated result 15 as the discordance. A CPU 1 observes the contents of the result 15 and when the password numbers are coincident, this communicating device can be used. |
