NEW MATERIAL:A compound of the formula (n is 1-4; m is 2, 3, when n=4, or 1 or more, when n=1-3). EXAMPLE:Bis(3,5,6-trichloro-1,2-benzene dithiolate)nickel tetraethylphosphonium complex. USE:Optical recording medium. It is readily soluble in organic solvents to form films with good light resistance. It can be used as a variety of recording and memorizing materials, a photosensitive material for holography, optical filters. PREPARATION:For example, bis(3,5,6-trichloro-1,2-benzene dithiolate)nickel tetra-n-butyl ammonium complex is allowed to react with a corresponding halogenated alkylphosphonium salt in a water-containing binary solvent mixture or the phosphonium salt is added, when a nickel sulfur complex is formed and the product is crystallized out, whereby the compound of the formula is obtained. |
