A ladder set is mounted on a revoling turret pivotal on a support member on a motorised vehicle chassis about a vertical axis. The support member comprises a base member and an intermediate member connected by a turntable rotatable about a first adjustment axis. The base member is pivotally mounted on the vehicle chassis about a second adjustment axis which is perpendicular to the first axis. The adjustment axes intersect at the pivot axis of the revolving turret and are aligned longitudinally and transversely of the chassis. The members of the assembly are adjustable about the axes by pairs of rams.
