METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF CALCIUM CABONATE

A process for preparing a square-pyramid shaped CaCO3 of 0.1-1.0μ comprises (a) first hydration-reacting CaO with a hydrative agitation of 80-210 times for 45-75 mins. in a hydration reactor, (b) second hydration-reacting CaO with the hydrative agitation of 100-195 times for 60-90 mins. in the reactor to obtain uniform Ca(OH)2 of 0.03-0.13μ , and (c) carbonating the obtd. Ca(OH)2 with 20-30% CO2 recovered at below 40≦̸C in the limesintering furnace.
