PURPOSE:To prepare chlorella having excellent digestibility and palatability, eliminating the characteristic malodor, ill taste and hard digestibility of chlorella, by baking chlorella under specific temperature condition. CONSTITUTION:Chlorella or its mixture with edible carbohydrate and/or protein is baked at 120-450 deg.C, preferably about 130-200 deg.C to an extent to essentially keep the green appearance of chlorella. |
