<p>PURPOSE:To perform an efficient heating and cooling operations, and improve a dwelling characteristic and a durability in a house using an air cycle by a method wherein all the suction and discharging operations with the surrounding atmosphere are carried out through a heat exchanger and further a solar heat is utilized. CONSTITUTION:A garret space 1, a dwelling space 2, and an under-floor space 3 of a house A are enclosed by an air-tight thermal insulation layer 4. A wall collector space 8 is formed between the air-tight thermal insulation layer 4 and a roof 7, the space 6 and the space 8 are communicated to each other, while the space 3 and the space 1 are communicated to each other so as to form an aeration space 10. In addition, a lower part of the space 6 and a lower part of the space 10 are communicated to each other and the space 5 and the space 2 are connected by an air supplying port 14. The space 1 is formed with a garret ventilation port 25. The suction port 11, heat exchanger 12, thermal collecting duct 16, dispersing duct 17, ventilation duct 17, ventilation fan 15 and heat exchanger 12 are connected to each other by pipes and further the duct 6 can be made such that a connection between the outside part of the house and the pipe communicating with the duct 17 can be changed over.</p> |
