发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF ANISOTROPIC PERMANENT MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a crack from being produced due to a deformation and to enhance a magnetic characteristic by a method wherein a magnetically anisotropic magnetic powder whose main ingredients are Nd, Fe and E is compressed and molded in a magnetic field and an obtained molded body is then hot-pressed in a prescribed temperature region. CONSTITUTION:A magnetically anisotropic magnetic powder whose main ingredients are Nd, Fe and B is compressed and molded in a magnetic field; then, an obtained molded body is hot-pressed in a temperature region of 500-1000 deg.C; this magnet is manufactured. By this process, a high-density permanent magnet can be obtained; because it is molded at a low temperature, there is no danger that its crystal particle becomes rough and large, accordingly, it is possible to enhance a magnetic characteristic such as iHc or the like. As compared with a plastic deformation method, the deformation amount during a molding process is small because only a self-contraction deformation is caused; accordingly, a phenomenon such as a crack or the like is little; the yield of a product can be enhanced.
