Writing aid for correct positioning within and between lines - allowing rapid adjustment to different sizes and inclinations of writing

Writing aid allows flowing writing in correct line positions with free shaping of the characters. It comprises two line bars (10, 11) mounted on a base plate with an elongate cutaway (6) for writing in and which include straight line edges (12) between which the distance can be varied in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the line and fixed in position. The line bars are movable within limits provided by stops (7) by the length of the head or tail (k, f) of the characters in guide recesses (13, 18), and at least one straight edge of the line bars or of the cutaway is provided with guide markings (32) for the inclination of the characters, pref. in the form of parallel lines or strips or sawtooth-shaped or cross-shaped strokes.
