The derivs. are of formula (I), in which R1, R2 and R3 are H, OH, halogen, NO2, NH2, 2-5C acylamino, 1-4C alkyl, CHO, CH2OH, CH2O-1-4C alkyl, COOH, CO-1-3C alkyl, CH(OH)-1-3C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, 2-4C alkenyloxy, 1-4C alkylthio or alkylsulphonyl, N-substd. heterocycle, phenyl, phenylthio, phenyl sulphinyl, phenyl sulphonyl or phenyl sulphonamido all opt. substd., or R1 and R2 together form a 3-5C alkenylene bridge, and X is a 5-8 member alicyclic gp. contg. 1 or 2 N atoms joined directly to the CO gp. or through a 1-3C alkylene chain. - Cpds. are made by reacting an amine of formula (II) with a cpd. X-COZ, in which Z is halogen, OH or OR, and X is an active gp.
