The construction elements, such as roofing panels and similar are made from a substrate of corrugated fibro-cement sheet by application of a light concrete consisting of a mortar mass contg. expanded polystyrene beads, plasticisers, water-repellents and light elements to increase the mechanical strength of the polystyrene.
