The pinball machine constitute a game area which is sourrounded by a guide rail on the surface of a game board. A hit ball shooting device shoots a ball to the game area of the game board. A changing prize-winning accepting members which are located at the entrance part and operated and switched to the first state where balls are hardly or not accepted and to the second state where balls are easily accepted. There are ordinary prize-winning holes wich are located inside and win a prize for the balls accepted through the movable ball accepting members. - A special prize-winning hole and a movable leading member enables the balls which are accepted by the movable ball accepting members to guide to the special prize-winning hole. A specific prize-winning hole is provided in the game area for accepting a ball. A special game trigger controller operates the movable ball accepting members from the first state to the second state in the preset specific state at the detection of a prize-winning of a ball in the specific prize-winning hole.
