PURPOSE:To easily and effectively isolate a shielding layer from a core conductor, and to process it in a preferable shape by brushing only the end of the exposed layer. CONSTITUTION:The end of an isolated skin 4 is removed, and a shielding layer 3 made of many fine conductors 3a is exposed. Then, only the ends of the fine conductors 3a of the layer 3 are brushed perpendicularly from both sides, and bent substantially perpendicularly to a core conductor 2. Thereafter, the exposed base of the layer 3 is horizontally brushed, and the conductors 3a of the layer are divided into two groups at both sides of the conductor 2. Further, the fine conductor groups of the layer 3 are held from both sides to be perpendicularly brushed, and substantially perpendicularly bent to the conductor 2 while pulling and aligning the whole fine conductors of the layer 3. |
