PURPOSE:To repair by performing a profile control during the execution of an NC command and correcting the deviation amt. at the time when the deviation amt. in the NC control and the actual position by the profile control exceeds a fixed value to confirm teaching data. CONSTITUTION:A profile control is performed during an NC control to control so that the gap between the tip of a nozzle 45 and a work 46 becomes a specified amt. And at the time when the deviation amt. from the reference position of the nozzle axis exceeds a fixed value the execution of a NC command program is stopped, the deviation part is calculated from the coordinate value at that time and the position of the nozzle 45 and the track is corrected with the correction value as a command value.
