PURPOSE:To enable the welding of high quality having no cavity defect by spraying a deoxidizer on the surface of a work and deoxidizing by absorbing the oxygen gas component included in the work by gasifying it by melting the work surface by radiating a high density energy beam. CONSTITUTION:A deoxidizer particle layer 4 is sprayed on the surface part of a cast steel work 5 in advance and an electron beam is radiated on the work 5 surface to melt it with oscillating an electron beam in circular arcuated shape by a deflection lens coil 2 from the tip of the electron gun 1 of an electron beam device from thereon. The solid soluble oxygen gas component included in the incusion, cavity, shrinkage cavity, etc., of the work 5 inner part is coagulated as a bubble 10 by vaporizing with high temp. by a molten metal 11, diffused toward the work surface and deoxidizing is progressed. The oxygen gas component of a solidified molten metal part 7 is reduced, a porous slag layer 8 is formed on this upper face, a rich layer of the gas component is formed on this part, exhausted by attaining to a vapor to the work 5 outside from this slag layer 8 and the deoxidation can be executed. |
