PURPOSE:To let the housing side be informed of communication signals on the tool holder side by arranging coaxial coils for a receiver-transmitter for the housing side and the tool holding side. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting coil 5 and a receiving coil 6 which is coaxial with the rotating shaft of the transmitter coil are provided for the housing side and the tool holder side respectively. No.1 high frequency signals f1 in high level intermittently transmitted from a transmitter 7 is sent out to the transmitting coil 5. These signals f1 are electromagnetically combined between the coils 5 and 6 so as to be sent out as the output signals of the coil 6. These output signals are transformed into direct current voltage by a capacitor C4. which situation allows a well-known transmitter 8 excited by a capacitor C6 which is set correspondingly to the number of a tool holder, to produce signals continuously in a form of No.2 high frequency signals f2. The output signals of a transmitter T1 are produced at a smoothing capacitor 5 as envelope detection outputs. Hence, the signals f2 are produced in a gate current 9 when no envelope detection output appears. Then, these signals are transmitted from the coil 6 so as to be received by the coil 5. |
