PURPOSE:To provide possibility of refeeding in parallel with the system without changing the rate of flow in the water channel by releasing interlocked operation of cam with the needle. CONSTITUTION:The nozzles 1 for all control valves 101a are closed when a command of putting again the hydraulic wheel and the system parallelly is given, so as to release interlocked motion of a follow-up cam 1e with needle 1a. At this time, the needle 1a of each nozzle 1 is held fully open. In this state the brake of the hydraulic wheel is put out of application to open each deflector 1b to a degree corresponding to the starting opening, and the speed of hydraulic wheel thus started is increased, and then each deflector 1b is again closed so as to give the hydraulic wheel the rated number of revolutions. Now the refeeding in parallel with the system shall be made. |
