~~For securing a large or small sheet or notice to a wall or notice board (2), a resilient arm (1) forming an intermediate support is first secured to the vertical surface. The top of the arm is secured by e.g. a double-side adhesive strip (3), across its rear face faces.~ Attached to the rear face, at the bottom is a braking strip (4) of e.g. resilient plastics material.
