PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the probabilities of the entrainment of bubble and of the generation of wrinkle at the rear end of a carrier film even when the film is a thin and limp dry film by a constitution wherein vacuum shoes or the tips of vacuum shoes are made of material, which generates static electricity. CONSTITUTION:Dry films X, each of which consists of two layers or of a carrier film deprived of a cover film and a photosensitive layer, are held by suction to vacuum pails 3 by means of a large number of small holes 2, 2 and 2 for suction by vacuum so as to provisionally fix the tips of the dry films X to the tip part of a board. The dry films are fed by the length of the board and cut off at the predetermined position. The rear ends of the dry films are sent along the curved surfaces of the outer peripheries of vacuum shoes 1 together with the transfer of the board. Since fins 4 made of material, which generates static electricity by rubbing with the dry films X and laminating rollers 5, are provided at the tip parts of the vacuum shoes 1. The rear ends of the dry films X are held to positions very near to the pinch points of the board and the laminating rollers 5 by means of the fins 4 charged with static electricity. |
