PURPOSE:To improve transfer efficiency by segmenting and transferring only a required image area without restricting an image information segmenting area by a square area. CONSTITUTION:A significant bit pattern is set up in the same memory area of a 2nd memory plane 11b corresponding to a transfer specified area of image information stored in a 1st memory plane 11a. At the time of simultaneously transferring data stored in the 1st and 2nd memory planes, the transfer data A1, A2 of the 1st memory plane 11a are selected in accordance with the significant bit pattern setting areas A1', A2' of the 2nd memory plane 11b. Consequently, only a required image area can be segmented and transferred without restricting the segmenting area of image information by a square area. |
